🔄 Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thokko.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used products or items not in original condition
📦 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@thokko.com.
🕐 Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
